David, perhaps it's a campaign ad for Jan 6th or the first campaign ad for 2024 (?). Or just a vanity project.
He also won the Bay of Pigs award and the Michigan Man of the Year Award, but you won't find that in the mainstream media.
But the medal in Trump's video is not the Peace Prize medal--obviously Trump won the prize for Physiology or Medicine for his novel Covid-19 cures. See here and here.
