Here's NOAA's 12-month average temperature as a function of the ENSO category of that season:
El Nino seasons keep getting hotter, La Nina seasons keep getting hotter, and neutral seasons keep getting hotter.
The trends for each category, since 1950-1951, are almost equal:
El Ninos: +0.15°C/decade
La Ninas: +0.17°C/decade

I took a look at the above graph from which you conclude that El Ninos are getting hotter over the years.
It is total crap!
El Ninos are temporary events superimposed upon rising global temperatures. Your baseline for El Ninos needs to be a plot of, say, HadCrut 5.0 global temperatures. If this is done, there is not the slightest indication that El Ninos are getting stronger over the years.
And the same for La Ninas, whose magnitude should be shown as going in a negative direction.
As for the cause of our rising temperatures, they are due to decreasing levels of industrial SO2 aerosol pollution in our atmosphere.
