I got up twice last night to look for an aurora, but didn't see anything.
Did anyone else?
There were some reports from northern states.... Frankly I was surprised at how much light pollution there was here to the north, given that this is a small little town with not much around.

Hi David! I live in SE Oregon. I was camping last night in northern Nevada and I saw what HAD to be an aurora. It was very cloudy last night with intermittent showers. I woke up at midnight-30 and the sky was light to the north, between the clouds.
I thought maybe I had just dozed off for an hour after going to bed early and was seeing alpenglo or such. I had to look at my watch TWICE to make sure I was reading it correctly. 12:30 am. Prime aurora time. I sat and watched for a while. I know I was looking due north because I had marked the location at sunset in my mind. And this morning the sunrise confirmed my direction was correct.
Don't see anything on the Inter net about auroras last night ANywhere, so now I just don't know what to think. There are ABSOLUTELY no towns anywhere to the north within 300 miles of where I was camped. No moon either, of course.
Maybe I was just trippin! ;<)
