News I've Come Across Recently

Antarctic ice gained about 108 gigatons each year from 2021-2023, offsetting sea level rise by 0.33 mm/yr. But it lost 4,780 Gt of ice since 1979, until 2023. (Gt=billion metric tons)

Greenland lost 6,529 Gt ice from 1979 to 2023.

That's 11,309 Gt together, a total contribution of 31.4 mm of sea level rise. 3.14 cm. 1.24 inches.

Berkeley Earth also found this past August as the warmest August in their records, since 1849. The August global temperature anomaly was 1.71 ± 0.11°C (3.07 ± 0.20 °F) above the 1850–1900 average. And it's the second warmest among all months in their record. They wrote:
Roughly 10.2% of Earth's surface saw its warmest August on record — 9.1% of land and 10.7% of ocean. 75 countries set national August records, and continent-wide August records were set for Africa and North America.
They also wrote:
With eight months of data in hand, a record annual average now looks probable. We calculate roughly a 93% chance that 2026 becomes the warmest year on record, up from about 69% in the July update and 12% in June. The most likely alternative is a 2nd-place finish.
Lots of graphs are on the same page.

Robert F Kennedy Jr says the department of Health and Human Services, which he's in charge of, is investigating chemtrails. Which don't exist. Spending time on conspiracies while Americans are having an ever more difficult time accessing affordable healthcare. I'd be infuriating if I expected anything out of the US government, but not anymore.

The Trump administration has started calling bike (bicycle) lanes "DEI bike lanes." DEI stands for "diversity, equity, and inclusion"--being sure to care about minority groups of whatever sort. It "boasts of cutting $1.73bn already allocated for cycling improvements to city streets," says The Guardian.

Why?? They don't burn gasoline! And Trump licks the bottoms of the fossil fuel industry because they gave him $219 million for his campaign in 2024. The Guardian:
The Trump administration’s plans to stymie and defund bike lane plans in the US, on the unusual basis that they are DEI tools, will hurt efforts to improve roadway safety, non-motorized transportation advocates say.

The transportation secretary, Sean Duffy, posted on X this month that he had redirected $1.73bn allocated for “Biden-era DEI pet projects” to “America’s actual backbone: ROADS, BRIDGES, AND SHIPPING PORTS”.
It's difficult impossible for me to imagine the ignorance and malevolence that went into this decision. It's very clear by now that Trump has no interest in running the government for the benefit of ordinary people. We see it in so many areas: health care, energy, climate change, tariffs, AI, the National Park system, foreign relations and many more. It's disgusting and I only hope there is enough left by the time he leaves office--I hope every morning when I first look at my phone--that these policies can be rebuilt for the good of the people and the country.

"chemtrails. Which don't exist."

And your evidence of their alleged non-existence is... your hollow claim? Or the hollow claims of the criminal US regime?

The irrefutable evidence of immoral illegal criminal chemtrail operations has long been exposed (http://nuclearplanet.com/explainretractions.pdf & www.frankenskies.com & https://home.solari.com/under-an-ionized-sky-with-harry-blazer-elana-freeland & https://archive.ph/FYicY & https://archive.ph/Pn9um).

Yet...

"I've come to realize that the biggest problem anywhere in the world is that people's perceptions of reality are compulsively filtered through the screening mesh of WHAT THEY WANT, AND DO NOT WANT, TO BE TRUE." --- Travis Walton, Author

But... what is the DEEPER IMPLICATION of the fact that the authorities are spraying the public and other life forms like insects with very toxic chemicals? What does that squarely point to?

That a mafia network of manipulating life-destroying PSYCHOPATHS are in control globally, and always have been. Governing big businesses (eg official medicine, big tech, big banks, big religions), governments and the world -- the evidence is very solid in front of everyone's "awake" nose: see “The 2 Married Pink Elephants In The Historical Room”... https://www.rolf-hefti.com/covid-19-coronavirus.html

Speaking of ignorance is evil, how can the masses get out of this whole mess (and create justice, freedom and peace for all)? First, EVERYONE needs to learn, and teach others, what TRUE morality is ---99% of people don't know what it is because (1) it's NOT taught in the official indoctrination system, better know as the "education system," and (2) it's NOT the same as religious morality: https://odysee.com/@woeih:e/Mark-Passio-Government-Is-Slavery:a & https://odysee.com/@woeih:e/Mark-Passio-Interviewed-By-Shaun-Atwood-2026-06-18:6

Hi Joy. Thanks for your comment. Chemtrails aren't my bailiwick, but I don't see any serious scientist taking them seriously. I think they would if they existed, just like they paid attention to lead in gasoline and paint, the ozone hole, climate change and a whole host of environmental problems. It bothers me that your first link goes to an unpublished document titled "Concerted Efforts to Unwarrantedly Cause Retractions of Peer Reviewed and Published Public Health Scientific Papers." This is typical of conspiracy theories. Evidence is not presented, but supposed reasons for the lack of real publications is offered. Evidence is what's needed, peer-reviewed evidence in quality scientific journals, not manuscripts about why retractions do or don't exist. The latter is just not convincing.

I've never seen a peer-reviewed paper saying that chemtrails exist and, if they do, are harmful. This is the first requirement of science. I'm sure you and the book authors have a long list of why their work won't be published, but anomalous and even odd science has been published many times in the past.

Good luck and all the best.

David, with all due respect your line of argument is incoherent, contradictory and twisted. First you claim to be ignorant of geoengineering ("Chemtrails aren't my bailiwick") yet you then falsely (and arrogantly, and deceitfully?) assume the position of knowing about it by making the claim in your original post that "chemtrails don't exist."

In this stated ignorance of yours (falsely/arrogantly/deceitfully presented by you as you being in a state of knowing about chemtrails) you say "I don't see any serious scientist taking them seriously" ("them" meaning chemtrails).... which would be expected by an ignoramus of the topic.

In reality, anyone who IS actually knowledgeable on geoengineering (instead of someone like you who just makes baseless ignorant claims about it) knows that there are are "serious scientists" such as J. Marvin Herndon, Ph.D. and the scientists who analyzed the chemical composition of actual emitted chemtrails (see the documentary The Dimming at geoengineeringwatch.org), for example.

More evidence of your profound lack of good coherent thinking is in your idea/belief/illusion that peer review is a reliable way to get real evidence ("I've never seen a peer-reviewed paper saying that chemtrails exist and, if they do, are harmful. This is the first requirement of science").

In an article in 'Nature' of 2004 the former editor of the British Medical Journal noted that "peer review itself is a deeply flawed process.”

Every reader can verify for himself/herself this faulty AND fraudulent process in the geoengineering/chemtrail arena by reading J. Marvin Herndon's, Ph.D. article 'Ignorance is not an Option, but Neither is Deceit' at http://nuclearplanet.com/scimag.html

But one would think that since the Global Covid Super Crime everyone with at least some rationality would have figured out that official science is not just "deeply flawed" but highly corrupt and fraudulent...

"This is why they have to make yard signs that say “Science is Real”. Because this new science ISN'T. It is a total in-your-stupid-face conjob. When something is real and people know that, you don't have to make yard signs promoting it. You don't need yard signs saying “trees are real”, “the sky is blue”. You only need yard signs promoting things that AREN'T real. Like new science and, say, political candidates.

If we have learned anything in the past six years, it is that vaccinologists, doctors, and the government in general do not have good intentions and never did. The clear intention of everyone concerned was and is to make as much dirty money as possible, letting any amount of collateral damage slide, including a genocide and mass poisoning [with Covid-19 jabs]. The fact [is] that Big Pharma just murdered millions of people, with the full support of government, media, and “science”. With Covid, everyone is part of the fraud, many of them paid off, so no one has any reason to expose it, and big reasons to bury it. Don't believe anything these people tell you, ABOUT ANYTHING. It isn't time for a civil war against your neighbors, it is time for a revolution against these hoaxers and thieves." --- Miles Mathis, American author, in 2025

Oh boy. You've attracted the chemtrail crowd. Just don't suggest the earth is roughly spherical. BTW, how did it come to this?

Dan, thanks for your comment, but did you really need to insult me? Doesn't make me motivated to get involved. In fact, it's a repellent.

You wrote, "In an article in 'Nature' of 2004 the former editor of the British Medical Journal noted that "peer review itself is a deeply flawed process.” This is exactly the kind of statement that deniers make when they don't have any facts to present--an argument about an argument. Yes, peer review isn't perfect, we all know that, but it has a long track record of getting good science published. It may take awhile, or even a good while, to get to the right results, but it's the best thing we have so far. Certainly better than an unreviewed manuscript published on a clearly biased web site.

I just have never come across anything from any place I respect showing that chem trails exist. I know there are passionate people who argue they do. But the upshot is that the topic is not something I'm interested in arguing endlessly about. I don't think chemtrails exist, and most scientists do not think they exist. If there was something there the scientific community would dig into it and work towards getting the truth. That's what scientists do, and they're pretty good at it.

BTW, to me "geoengineering" and "chemtrails" are not synonymous. The former are proposals to stop or reduce climate change, while the latter is...well, I don't really know. But it's not spraying sulfur dioxide in the stratosphere to mimic a volcanic eruption.
