NCDC Confirms Warmest November

NCDC's calculation of last month's global temperature anomaly, +0.7780°C, is also the warmest November in their dataset, in agreement with GISS's finding.

Through November, NCDC finds 2013 to be the 5th-warmest year since 1880; GISS finds it the 7th-warmest. USA Today writes:
Thanks to the record warm November, 2013 is now on pace for the warmest non-El Niño year on record, according to meteorologist Eric Holthaus of Q magazine. The years 1998, 2005 and 2010, which were all warmer than 2013, were all El Niño years.
