Here's an interview of Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper, done a day or two (I think) before President Obama's
decision to deny the application of the Keystone XL pipeline. He doesn't sound like somehow who will be deterred by that denial.
And remember, Obama's denial wasn't on the merits of the application, but,
he said, because the State Department couldn't meet the deadline Congress had imposed. At least, that's their story. Clever.
