Republicans in the Senate have announced they are moving on from gay marriage to a constitutional amendment to ban flag burning. We would join the only three other countries who have banned flag burning: China, Cuba and Iran. We can stand with our brothers on this issue. — Jay Leno

I wouldn't worry about this too much - someone brings this forward pretty much every year and it always gets shot down in a hurry. On the flipside, the same thing happens with a legalizing marijuana bill - so it's not just right wingers trying the samething over and over again. What was it Eistein said? "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." (Or something like that!
