What happened to the plan to revive the coal industry?
It went the same as the plan to reduce the debt, rebuild infrastructure, balance the budget, drain the swamp, etc -- all lies.
But specifically with coal, it's the market that's rejecting coal (in favor of natural gas), not regulations (as Trump et al thought & claimed).
